Healix Acquires Shareholding in MCI and GEMPA
Healix is pleased to announce the acquisition, in July 2006, of shareholdings in Medical Claims International Spain S.L. (MCI) and Gempa Emergencias Médicas S.L. (Gempa).
Based in Madrid, these companies provide active medical case management (Gempa) and medical cost containment services (MCI). There is an excellent strategic fit with the Healix Group and the directors in both Spain and London look forward to the opportunities that this move will bring.
